CATIA V5 Fundamentals and Mechanical Engineering in general
Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be able to create, program, simulate, and validate an entire robot work cell for any manufacturing industry, and also create Input/ Output (IOs) connections and validate them in context with the organizational resource.
The course includes a mixture of presentation, tutorial and exercises, enabling students to gain hands-on experience. Course sizes are intentionally kept small, typically 6 students. This allows our trainer to meet the requirements of individual students, while relating course content to work related issues.
The course is split into two parts:

- Move a robot - Run a robot process - Create robot tasks and weld gun action |
- Stages in the process - Setting options
|
- Analyse a robot task - Map and monitor IOs - Simulate multiple resources - Create robot controller profiles

- Position and manipulate the compass -Insert products and resources - Snap and attached resources

Objectives
Upon completion of the course, the participants will learn how to prepare the working environment, create arc welding tasks, optimize robot motion and work with Arc Macro Programming.
The course includes a mixture of presentation, tutorial and exercises, enabling students to gain hands-on experience. Course sizes are intentionally kept small, typically 6 students. This allows our trainer to meet the requirements of individual students, while relating course content to work related issues.
